You need to fix the placement of your balloons. Sometimes when I am hitting a balloon low on the screen the next one will be up top and the guy can't get high enough to reach it. I haven't been able to get higher than a "D" because it always happens once by then.

I love it when interactivity, art, and music go together perfectly, much like your flash did. This was something I could've spent hours playing. Hopefully a longer sequel is in the works.

IMO, you need to clear up your icons and pictures. The ones you currently put in there have bad compression rates and are very blurry. If you were to fix this and make a handbook V.2 I will give you a much better score.
